Dare to be You (DTBY) aims to reduce the likelihood of adolescent substance misuse by promoting family resilience in at-risk families with a child between the ages of two and five years old.

MindUP is a schools-based social and emotional learning and mindfulness programme. It is a universal programme and is offered in three versions pertaining to children aged 3-7 (MindUP 3-7), 8-11 (MindUP 8-11), and 11-14 (MindUP 11-14). The version described here is for children aged 3-7. MindUP 3-7 is delivered in children’s centres or other early years settings and primary schools and aims to improve self-regulation, prosociality in the short-term, and academic achievement and positive mental health in the long-term.

Stepping Stones Triple P has been developed for parents or caregivers of children aged 0-12 with a developmental disability, such as Down’s Syndrome or Autistic Spectrum Disorder, as well as moderate or severe behavioural problems.

Early Talk Boost (ETB) is an intervention for children with delayed language. It is a targeted programme for children between the ages of 3 and 4. It is delivered in children’s centres or other early years settings by early years practitioners, and aims to improve children’s core language skills, as well as academic attainment and social/emotional difficulties in the longer term.

Circle of Security Parenting (COS-P) is a parenting programme for caregivers of children between the ages of 4 months and 6 years. It is a targeted-selective programme delivered in a variety of settings (e.g. children's centres, CAMHS units, fostering and adoption units) and aims to improve children’s attachment.

Planet Munch (formerly known as Trim Tots) is a community-based programme targeted at children between the ages of 1 and 5 years and their caregivers. It is a universal programme delivered in children’s centres aiming to reduce obesity in preschool children.

Family Transitions Triple P (FTTP) Level 5 was designed as an intensive intervention programme for parents experiencing difficulties as a consequence of separation or divorce.

Raising early achievement in literacy (REAL) aims to improve children's early literacy by teaching parents effective strategies for supporting their children’s learning.

Child First is a home-based, therapeutic intervention targeting young children at risk of emotional problems, developmental delay, and abuse and neglect.

Incredible Years (IY) Attentive Parenting Programme is part of the IY Parent Training series. It is a universal programme for children between the ages of three and six. It is delivered in community centres or out-patient health settings and aims to prevent children’s socioemotional and behavioural problems.
