All Stars (Core and Core with Plus)
All Stars is a universal programme for children between the ages of 8 and 14 years. The primary goal of the programme is to prevent or delay risky behaviours, specifically substance misuse and anti-social behaviour.
ASSIST
ASSIST (named for its trial: A Stop Smoking in Schools Trial), is a schools-based smoking prevention programme. It is a universal programme for children between the ages of 12 and 13. It is delivered in secondary schools, and aims to improve resilience and reduce the take-up of smoking.

Becoming A Man
Becoming A Man (BAM) is a school based social and emotional learning programme. It is a targeted selective group intervention programme for pupils between the age of 12 and 18. It typically works with pupils that reside in deprived areas and come from lower socio-economic backgrounds.
It is delivered in secondary schools and aims to improve school engagement and completion and reduce interactions with the criminal justice system.
Blues Programme
The Blues Programme is a school-based cognitive behavioural therapy programme. It is a targeted indicated group intervention programme for pupils between the age of 13 and 19. It is for adolescents who are experiencing depressive symptoms. It is delivered in secondary schools, and aims to support adolescents to identify negative thoughts, change their thinking patterns, increase their involvement in pleasant activities, and enhance their coping flexibility.
Children’s University
Children’s University (CU) is a universal school-based programme for children between the ages of 5 and 14. It is delivered in and outside of school and aims to improve children’s aspirations, attainment, and skills by offering learning activities beyond the normal school day.
FRIENDS for Life (health-led)
FRIENDS for Life is part of a suite of FRIENDS programmes (including Fun FRIENDS and FRIENDS for Youth), which aim to improve resilience (or coping) skills in children and reduce anxiety and improve mental health and wellbeing.
