GenerationPMTO Group
GenerationPMTO (Parenting Through Change) is a parenting programme. It is a targeted-selected and targeted-indicated programme delivered to groups of families of children and young people between the ages of 3 and 18, where there is a risk of developing externalising or internalising behaviour problems. The programme can also be delivered to families where these problems have begun to emerge, and to birth parents of children/youth who are in foster care. It aims to reduce children and young people's behaviour problems, improve their school functioning and social relationships, and prevent involvement in the criminal justice system and substance use. A version of the programme delivered to individual families (rather than to groups of families) is available.

4Rs2Ss
4Rs2Ss is targeted at families who have a child between 7 and 11 years old who are diagnosed with oppositional defiant disorder or conduct disorder. All children over six years of age in the family are invited to attend the programme.

5 Pillars of Parenting (4–11 Years) is a targeted-selected programme, aimed at Muslim parents with a child between the ages of 4 and 11 years.
Blues Programme
The Blues Programme is a school-based cognitive behavioural therapy programme. It is a targeted indicated group intervention programme for pupils between the age of 13 and 19. It is for adolescents who are experiencing depressive symptoms. It is delivered in secondary schools, and aims to support adolescents to identify negative thoughts, change their thinking patterns, increase their involvement in pleasant activities, and enhance their coping flexibility.
Changing Lives Initiative
Changing Lives Initiative (CLI) is a multicomponent intervention for children between ages of three to seven who are demonstrating behaviours that may be consistent with an ADHD diagnosis. It is delivered in community settings and aims to reduce ADHD symptoms and other emotional and conduct problems in children.
Child-Parent Psychotherapy
Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) is a psychoanalytic intervention targeting mothers and preschool children (aged three to five) who may have experienced trauma or abuse (eg domestic violence), or are otherwise at risk of an insecure attachment and/or other behavioural and emotional problems.
Circle of Security (Group)
Circle of Security (COS) was developed to increase attachment security among socially disadvantaged children between the ages of one and five.
e-Family Foundations
e-Family Foundations (e-FF) is an online co-parenting programme for couples expecting their first child. It is a universal programme, delivered to individual families from pregnancy up until the first year of the baby’s life. The programme is an online adaptation of the group-based face-to-face programme, Family Foundations (FF).
Early Pathways
Early Pathways is a home-based parent-child therapy programme targeting children between the ages of 0 and 5 years with significant behavioural and/or emotional problems often occurring from exposure to traumatic events, and who are living in poverty. It aims to improve child externalising behaviours through strengthening parent-child relationships.
